A. Michelle Cataldi-DeLillo

Trustee Michelle Cataldi-DeLillo currently serves as Deputy Mayor and Commissioner of Public Works.

Mayor Lapey appointed Michelle to the Board of Trustees in 2015 and, since then, she has served for 6 ½ years. In addition, she has served as a member of the Planning Board and the Citizen’s Advisory Committee for the proposed Four Corners Rezoning.

Prior to her government service, Michelle served on the Citizen’s Nominating Committee for the Board of Ed, Site Based Council for Prospect Hill and Pelham Memorial HS and the Board of Directors for the Pelham Education Foundation.

Professionally Trustee Cataldi-DeLillo is a NYS licensed Professional Engineer with over 30 years of government and utility experience. She holds an undergraduate and graduate degree in Engineering from Manhattan College where she serves as a Curriculum Advisory Committee member. Trustee Cataldi-DeLillo is currently acting as one of NYC’s Deputy Commissioners where she is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the largest wastewater utility in North America.

Michelle and her two children are graduates of Pelham Memorial High School. She has lived in her current home since 2002.
